Обязанности
- +Oversee and manage client software integrations, ensuring seamless setup, updates, and maintenance.
- +Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the integration process, delivering timely support and resolving technical issues through chat, messaging apps, and our ticketing system.
- +Work with API documentation to guide and support clients, ensuring successful API setups and integrations.
- +Use Postman and other tools to test and troubleshoot integrations, ensuring accuracy and optimal performance.
- +Collaborate with internal development teams to diagnose and solve complex technical challenges, enhancing integration processes.
- +Keep clients updated on integration progress, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the integration experience.
Требования
- +Advanced proficiency in English, with Russian as a plus.
- +At least 1 year of experience in technical support or client-facing roles, particularly within the IT or marketing sectors.
- +Strong expertise in API management, Postman, and system integrations.
- +Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently to resolve complex issues.
- +Strong communication skills to effectively bridge clients and technical teams.
- +A passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with evolving technologies.
